Oslofjord Property was established in 2011 and assumed responsibility for the extensive development at Oslofjord Convention Center in the run-up to 2022. The development includes 1,600 hotel suites, activity facilities and the development of the existing conference center.

The company have managerial responsibility for the properties with the aim of ensuring added value and a return on the property.

Oslofjord Property are renting the buildings together with their outdoor facilities to Oslofjord Convention Center.
